Simon Jones is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience across
the golf, leisure and hospitality sectors. He spent 23 years with The Club Company
in the UK, including service as Chief Operating Officer, where he developed deep
expertise in operational leadership, premium customer experience, commercial
performance, project delivery and organisational growth.

As Managing Director of Faldo Enterprises, Simon leads the continued development
of a globally recognised golf brand and its portfolio of businesses. A central focus of
his role is the expansion of Faldo Design: strengthening its international pipeline,
guiding high-quality and sustainable golf-course projects, and building strategic
partnerships in established and emerging markets. His commercially focused,
collaborative approach supports long-term growth while protecting the design quality,
sporting heritage and global reputation associated with the Faldo name.
